Schedule and Agenda

We’ll be meeting Wednesday 22 through Friday 24 January, 2014. Meetings will begin at 9AM and end at 5pm on each day.

Transportation

The closest major airport is ZRH. There are a number of ways to get to the venue:

• Zurich Flughafen is well-connected by Switzerland’s national rail operator, SBB. See the Zurich rail map (pdf) for an overview.
• Uber doesn’t have a flat rate for their airport, but quotes a trip from the airport to the venue as approximately 32-41CHF.

Cisco’s offices are a short walk from the Wallisellen or Glattzentrum train stations. There are trains directly From Zurich Main Station to Wallisellen that run frequently.

Accommodation

Suggested hotels include:

• Swissotel Zurich - short train ride
• 25hours Zurich West - a walk and then a short train ride
• Townhouse Hotel Zurich - short train ride
• Hotel Europe Zurich - train with one change (or long walk + train)
• Hilton Zürich Airport - short cab ride
• Airbnb lists a number of properties

Local Considerations

Zurich in January is likely to be even colder than you anticipate; please pack accordingly. For the unprepared, there is a shopping mall within a short (although cold) walk from the venue.
