This is the arrangements page for the HTTPbis Working Group’s fourth Interim Face-to-Face meeting, hosted by Microsoft Open Technologies (with participation from Microsoft product groups) in Bellevue, WA USA.

Register
The goal of this interim meeting is interoperability testing and issue resolution. Therefore, we encourage those who are participating in these activities to register.
In particular, we especially encourage those who are involved with testing HTTP/2 implementations to attend, as we’ll have a testing and interop day on Wednesday.
Those who wish to observe the meeting may also register, but we ask you to use your judgement in doing so. In particular, if you are planning to observe, consider whether other colleagues who will be actively participating can represent your views. If we become constrained by available space, observers may be asked to sit at the edge of the room.
If you wish to participate remotely, please indicate this in your registration.
If you only plan to attend for part of the interim, please indicate that when you register.

Schedule and Agenda
We’ll be meeting Wednesday 9 through Friday 11 October, 2013. Meetings will begin at 9AM each day, and end at approximately 5pm on Wednesday and Thursday. We plan to finish by 1pm on Friday.

Microsoft Open Technologies is hosting our meeting at the Lincoln Square Offices in Bellevue, Washington USA.

On the 15th floor take the glass door that leads to the reception desk. It should not require a badge to open the door between 8AM-5PM. Pick up your visitor badges at reception.
Meeting Rooms
We have two large rooms that are side by side.
10/9 and 10/10 Lincoln Square/15200 – Overlake (Meeting) Lincoln Square/15104 - Enatai (Food and side meetings)

Transportation
The closest major airport is SEA. There are a number of ways to get to the venue:
- Car rental is available at SEA.
- Uber has a flat rate from SEA to downtown Bellevue for US$65. It’s about a 25 minute ride (without traffic).
- The ST Express 560 bus takes about an hour. It leaves from door 2 at the airport and arrives about three blocks away from Lincoln Square (take it to the final stop). One-way fare is US$3.50 (pay exact fare as you enter the bus).
Visitor Parking
Visitors can pull a ticket at either the Lincoln Square or Bellevue Place garages and will receive validation from the receptionist on floor 15. Visitors parking in the Lincoln Square garage may only park on levels P4 or P5 and may not park in the Assisted Valet area. Visitors parking in Bellevue Place may only park on levels P4 or P5 and may self-park.
Take the parking garage elevator up to the 1st floor and transfer to the Microsoft elevators - Floors 1-15.
Accommodation
The closest hotels to the venue include:
- Westin Bellevue - adjacent to the venue
- Hyatt Regency - across the street
- Silver Cloud - two blocks
Food
8:30 AM: Fruit, Bagels, Donuts, and Coffee are available
Lunch will be served on 10/9 and 10/10. Friday (10/11) is not provided since it’s a half day, but we can explore options if people are not rushing to the airport or other meetings.
2:45 PM: Afternoon snacks are available on 10/9 and 10/10.
