This is the arrangements page for the HTTPbis Working Group’s third Interim Face-to-Face meeting, hosted by Adobe in Hamburg.

We’ll be meeting Monday 5 August, Tuesday 6 August and a half-day on Wednesday 7 August (finishing by 1pm on the last day). Each day’s meeting will start at 9am, so please arrive early (from 8:30am).
A separate agenda will be published, but discussions will focus on the HTTP/2.0 specification and related issues.

For those attending the Berlin IETF meeeting beforehand, the ICE provides fast and inexpensive transport to Hamburg; see bahn.de.
The meeting location is near Königstraße station, on the S-Bahn. See the Hamburg regional rail plan for connections.
Those traveling extensively within Germany may wish to purchase a German Rail Pass.
Free parking is limited. It is possible to park close at the “Fish-Auction-Hall” for ~10 euros/day; another option is http://www.opg-parking.de/parken/Hamburg/parkhaus-holzhafen.aspx
There will be coffee and light refreshments each day.
The meeting is in the Adobe Elbe conference room. You will need to be escorted to the Elbe conference room. The concierge should have a list of names, check off as you come in.
Lunch can be purchased at the Adobe canteen next to the conference room, 6 EU, two choices (one vegetarian, one not).
Please do not use the emergency exit. Please help keep the room neat.
We will have a list of pre-registered attendees at the reception. Please check off your name when you arrive. (Normally guests must sign in.)
Adobe uses CCTV at the facility. Recorded images ae managed by Adobe Corporate Security. Employees and visitors have a right to access your recorded images for the time they are retained. Please contact Adobe Corporate Security at +1-408-536-4444 for assistance.
